Return Policy
We hope you ADORE everything you buy from us, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary and we will work hard to make it right!
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, odor free, with tags still attached
- Item packaging must be unopened and undamaged with tags attached
- Proof of purchase required.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery via USPS or UPS.
What Can't Be Returned?
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

- Jewelry, Food, and Personal care items
- Items bought with a discount of 30% off or more (under 30% off = returnable!)
- Hats & Hair Accessories
- Doorbusters & Steals/Deals
- Leggings & Swimwear
- Any Item from our Final Sale Room or Collection
Holiday Extension Policy
Our holiday return policy is purchases made between November 15th and Christmas Eve, may be returned any time before January 15 of the following year.

- Original and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
How Do I Start a Return?
Whether protection was purchased or not, you must start your return or exchange on the returns portal
Free Returns and Purchase Protection
You are NOT required to purchase this coverage but it will be offered as a service that we believe everyone should purchase. You may opt out of the coverage by simply unchecking the offer at checkout.
Free Returns when Purchased
- If you need to return any eligible item, you will be provided a free USPS return label
- Returns must be postmarked within 21-days of receipt
- All items must be in resalable condition as defined below.
- If you did not purchase this option at checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label cost.
Package Protection when Purchased
If your package is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within five days for claim processing through the returns portal
- Lost packages are those where tracking shows no movement for 7-days. Claims must be made within 15-days of shipment.
- If a package is marked as delivered and carrier has verified that it was delivered to the correct home, then we will process the claim as a stolen package.
- If you did not purchase this option at checkout, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

Refund Options
We issue store credit for approved returns. We ask that you allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse!
