Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-7 days.
• If you have multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments!
• FREE local pickup is available at one of our 3 locations in Oak Island, Ocean Isle Beach and Hampstead, North Carolina (Choose option at checkout.) This is ONLY available if items are in stock at your preferred pickup location.
• Local Pickup Orders 
• Orders will be available for you to pick up for 14 days. We will send you a reminder email and/or call you during this time, we know you are busy!  After 14 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment, minus a 20% restocking and cancellation fee to cover our prep time, travel time, and payment processing fees.

Returns & Cancellations: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• To initiate a return please click here.

• We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: Swimwear, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, doorbusters.
• All items reduced 20% or more are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any item returned from our non returnable list.
• Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account.
• Discount codes MUST be used at the time of purchase. You can use it on your next purchase, however we are unable to apply after the order is placed.
• Order cancellations incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Damages & Defective Merchandise:

• All Damages, breakage, and defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We require pictures of items and packaging to be emailed to support@mermaidcoveboutique.com. All shipping claims are the customer's responsibility.
