 Local Pickup 

Are you near one of our locations? Pick up your order for free!

• How it works:
  • Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • You'll get a "Ready for Pickup" email when it's time to swing by
• Important:
  Orders not picked up within 30 days of your "Ready for Pickup" email will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory without a refund.
  By selecting local pickup, you agree to this policy.

Cancellations

• Cancelling an order prior to shipping will incur a 5% or $5 charge, whichever is greater to cover the fees associated with the original purchase + refund.
• When we refund you, we are not refunded for any of the credit card fees or other transaction fees incurred when an order is placed (can be in excess of 6% of purchase amount).
