Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-7 days.
- If you have multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments!
- FREE local pickup is available at one of our 4 locations Oak Island, Southport, Ocean Isle Beach and Hampstead, North Carolina (Choose option at checkout.) This is ONLY available if items are in stock at your preferred pickup location.
- Local Pickup Orders
- Orders will be available for you to pick up for 14 days. We will send you a reminder email and/or call you during this time, we know you are busy! After 14 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment, minus a 20% restocking and cancellation fee to cover our prep time, travel time, and payment processing fees.
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only. Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, doorbusters.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any item returned from our non returnable list.
- Store credit expires after one year from the date it was added to your account.
Damages & Defective Merchandise:
- All Damages, breakage, and defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We require pictures of items and packaging to be emailed to support@mermaidcoveboutique.com. All shipping claims are the customer's responsibility.
