How do I earn Sand Dollars?

• You earn Sand Dollars by making purchases! You earn 2 Sand Dollars for every dollar spent. This includes all products we sell, with the exception of gift cards and our Consuela Bags.

When do my Sand Dollars expire?

• Your Sand Dollars expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

I don't see my Sand Dollars on your app, how do I see how many points I have?

• You are unable to view your Sand Dollars on our mobile app, you must go to our website in order to view them. Log in to your account by clicking the 'Earn Sand Dollars' button in the bottom right.

How do I redeem my Sand Dollars in the app?

• To use your Sand Dollars in our app, you have to login to your account on our website, and then click 'Redeem'. It will give you a coupon code that you must copy and paste into the discount area at checkout.

Can I combine my Sand Dollars with any other discounts?

• Sand Dollars cannot be combined with other discounts on a transaction. This includes Final Sale items.

Are there any exclusions for for redeeming my Sand Dollars?

• Sand Dollars cannot be used on our Consuela Bags.

I returned an item and lost Sand Dollars; why?

• Sand Dollars are earned through purchasing items, when an item or items are returned, It takes the Sand Dollars you earned for those items.

How do I add my birthday & get my birthday reward?

• When you login to your rewards account, click 'Ways To Earn'. When you see 'Celebrate a birthday', click it and put your birthday in. You must add your birthday at least one month in advance, otherwise you will have to wait until next year.
